IT distributor ITGLOBAL.COM has summarized its performance in the North African market and identified which IT solutions are generating the greatest interest in the region. The analysis is based on data collected during GITEX Africa-2026 in Morocco. It reflects the distribution of demand between local system integrators and end customers, as well as interest in specific product areas.
Morocco leads as a key entry point to the North African IT market
More than 57% of inquiries came from companies in Morocco, which is likely due to the location of GITEX Africa, but also highlights the country’s role as a key entry point to the North African market. Around 13% of requests were received from partners in other African countries, including Kenya and Côte d’Ivoire. Another 10% came from companies in Europe and the Middle East, while the remaining share was distributed among regional and international players.
In terms of demand structure, 45% of inquiries were related to interest in the full stack of ITGLOBAL.COM solutions. These were primarily driven by distributors and integrators developing comprehensive offerings for local markets. Approximately 34% of requests focused on the ITPOD server line, often in combination with virtualization solutions. About 29% of contacts included interest in the vStack hyperconverged virtualization platform. Cloud services from ITGLOBAL.COM attracted around 16% of companies, mainly end customers such as cloud providers, service companies, and call centers.
Separate inquiries were related to products from the SimpleOne AI ecosystem, which are used to automate service business processes and manage corporate services. These solutions were typically considered as part of broader digital transformation projects.
Particular attention was paid to telecom solutions—specifically the Stingray Service Gateway (Stingray SG) platform by VAS Experts. This all-in-one solution includes QoS, BNG, CG-NAT, and QoE functionality, as well as mobile network components such as PGW, PCEF, ePDG, and LBS. The platform enables operators to analyze network traffic, optimize resource utilization, launch new subscriber services, and enhance customer loyalty by improving overall quality of experience. Interest in this solution came from both telecom operators and companies operating at the intersection of telecom and IT infrastructure.
End customers also demonstrated strong interest in the company’s solutions. These included organizations from e-commerce, real estate, tourism, and industrial sectors, including projects with high infrastructure reliability requirements.
ITGLOBAL.COM outlines partnership strategy in North Africa
The growing interest in ITGLOBAL.COM solutions is linked to long-term digitalization strategies across several North African countries, aimed at developing e-government, fintech, and digital infrastructure. The region is experiencing rapid growth in e-commerce, digital public services, and smart city initiatives. An additional driver is the expansion of data centers and modernization of telecom infrastructure required to process increasing volumes of data and support new digital services. This is fueling demand for server capacity, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management and security solutions.
“ITGLOBAL.COM’s participation in GITEX Africa 2026 in Marrakesh confirmed strong interest in the company’s IT products from the local market.
As part of the ‘Digital Morocco 2030’ strategy, the country is implementing a 10-year digital development roadmap focused on cloud technologies, AI, and cybersecurity. We held dozens of meetings with local integrators and telecom operators, and also engaged with representatives of a local IT association.
We observed that the Moroccan market demonstrates a pragmatic approach: key decision factors include technology quality, cost, service support, and the presence of local partners. At the same time, infrastructure and telecom solutions are in particularly high demand.
Therefore, our strategy is to identify local integration partners who can promote and integrate our IT products into their solutions for end customers. We see significant potential for partnership development both in Morocco and across North Africa.”— said the Chief of International Distribution at ITGLOBAL.COM.
